1. Open up your itunes page
2. Click on the Advanced tab and a window opens up. This is where you will put the url for the audio you want to listen too
3. Go to http://www.decaade.org/aadetapes.htm
4. Right click on one of the audio files and Click on copy shortcut
5. Go to your itunes page and click on the advanced button enter the url for the audio you want to hear.
6. This will now play and upload on your ipod
